To express our gratitude, we have decided to hold a special anniversary campaign.
Today, I'd like to share a behind-the-scenes look at its creation.

"As we approach our 10th anniversary, we wanted to give something back, no matter how small, to everyone who always uses Onkodo cables."

This thought sparked the idea for this project.

After much consideration of what would be true to ourselves,
and what would please everyone,
we concluded that we should give a useful gift related to cables, something people interact with daily.

After much deliberation, we decided on a "leather" cable tie, hoping to provide something of high quality that everyone could use conveniently for a long time, even if it meant a higher cost.

Our encounter with the leather workshop "koketty mini"

We commissioned this cable tie from "koketty mini," a leather workshop with an atelier in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City.

Actually, our president had previously commissioned a custom-made item from them for personal use. He said that the finished product was truly meticulous and wonderfully crafted with care.

koketty mini manufactures and sells leather products as a sole handmade artisan, and there were many aspects of their approach to craftsmanship that deeply resonated with our own philosophy. Therefore, we decided that "for this important 10th-anniversary gift, we absolutely wanted to ask koketty mini."

We were once again deeply impressed. This wonderful connection and our shared passion for craftsmanship led to the creation of this gift.

Each item, from design to production, was carefully handmade with heart. We are proud that the quality is excellent and that these items will be used for a long time.

However, because we focused on quality materials and processes, the cost ended up being higher than initially expected. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer it as a gift to all purchasers. Nonetheless, we believe it is a truly excellent product and hope that many of you will have the chance to experience it.
