⚫️Our finished cables are manufactured in-house. Please understand that scratches and manufacturing may occur, but please purchase with this in mind.
⚫️All of our finished power cables are designed to last for 3 years.
Be sure to inspect them once a year.
If any abnormality is found, immediately stop using the cable.
Check for loose screws, dust at the insertion point, deformation or discoloration of the blade, scratches or tears on the cable, etc.

⚫️We do not guarantee the compatibility of the parts and finished cables we handle with your equipment.
Even if the male and female connectors are the same standard, they may not be usable because the female is recessed.
We cannot accept returns or refunds in other cases, so please understand.
⚫️About meter-length products
All our meter-length products are 1m x 1 in 1 cart and 5m x 1 in 5 carts.
Please rest assured that 5 carts are not 1m x 5, so please purchase without worry.
⚫️Cables may not be printed depending on the meter length.
If there is no mistake in the product, returns and refunds are not possible, so please understand.
⚫️Even cables with the same model number may have different outer sheath colors depending on the lot.

⚫️About the length of the finished cable
The length of our finished products refers to the length of the cable cut out.
Please note that this is not the length of both ends of the plug.
There may also be errors in the length of the same product.
If the cut length is shorter than the specified length, we will accept returns and refunds, but we cut it to the specified length + 2 to 3 cm and manage it to be less than 1 cm as a standard, but please understand that there may be some errors as it is done manually.
⚫️ Our finished banana cable
The banana plug or Y lug may come off due to shaking during shipping.
The plug is originally detachable, so it does not mean that it is defective, so please understand.
If you would like it to be fixed with glue and shipped, please contact us separately and we will do it free of charge.
In the case of detachable, we will continue to devise ways to attach it so that it does not come off, but it may come off due to vibration during shipping or listening.
In that case, we cannot refund, cancel, or compensate.
Please make sure to perform maintenance such as tightening the screws yourself after that.

●Conditions for accepting returns
We will only accept unopened and unused items that you contact us by phone within 7 days of receiving the item.
※Finished products are made to order and cannot be canceled or returned.

●We only accept reports of initial defects within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns after 14 days.
●Regarding the cost of return shipping and handling
In the case of initial defects, we will cover the cost.
In the case of defects due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
Even if the product is defective, we ask that you return it at your own expense.
Once we receive the product and confirm the defect, we will refund the product price.
●Regarding refunds
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will transfer the money to your designated account within 3 business days.
