Q. Can I check the delivery status?
A. You can check the delivery status using the delivery company and tracking number listed in the shipping completion email.
Q. Can I ship overseas?
A. Yes, we can ship worldwide. Currently, only Japan, the United States, and China can be specified on the payment screen.

Q. What should I do if the product is defective?
A. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange or refund the product.
Q. Can I return the product if it is different from what I expected?
A. Only unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. However, returns are not possible under the following conditions.
