About receipts

We will provide you with a receipt.

  • To include a paper receipt, please write "I would like a receipt" in the "Notes" field on the payment screen when purchasing. (If you would like to change the recipient's name, please also include the recipient's name and any notes.)
  • If you forget to write it, please contact us via chat before shipping.
  • If you are using PDF data, you can download it from your order history on your account page.

For PDF data, customers can change the recipient's name, address, and notes.

◆How to change the address

①Click "Login" on the top right of the site


②Enter your email address and password to log in. *If you haven't created an account yet, click here.



③Click "Receipt" in your order history.


② Edit each one from "Change destination"


③ Save by clicking "Changes (overwrite)" and then download it by saving as a PDF.
