Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if the following conditions are met :
- Defective products : If the product you receive is damaged, dirty, or different from the product you ordered.
- Customer convenience : If unused and unopened.
*As finished products are made to order, they cannot be cancelled or returned except for defective products. Thank you for your understanding.
Return and exchange conditions
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product .
- It must be unused and unopened .
- All accessories are included.
- In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- There are some products, such as sale items and outlet items, that cannot be returned or exchanged .

- Return : Please return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the specified address.
- Confirmation : After confirming the returned or exchanged item, we will ship the replacement item or refund you.

- If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product , we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted once .
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges (excluding defective products).
