• The finished cable is manufactured in-house. Please note that there may be some scratches during manufacturing .
• The service life of the finished power cable is 3 years. Please inspect it once a year and discontinue use if any abnormality is found.
• We do not guarantee the compatibility of parts or finished cables. Even if they are the same standard, they may not be usable. Returns and refunds are not possible.
• The finished cables we sell are not pre-made products from manufacturers. We process and assemble them ourselves before selling them.

About ordering

• For products sold by the meter, 1 cart contains 1m x 1 piece, and 5 carts contains 5m x 1 piece.
• Depending on the length of the cable, there may be no markings on the cable. Returns and refunds are not possible unless the product is incorrect.
• Even with the same model number, the color of the outer membrane may vary depending on the lot.
• The length of the finished cable refers to the length of the cable that is cut out , not the length of both plug ends.
• The banana plugs and Y-lugs of finished banana cables may come off due to shaking during delivery, etc. This does not mean the product is defective.
• We can also ship the product with banana plugs or Y-lugs fixed with glue. Please contact us separately (free of charge).
