Changes to the Inquiry Chat

Background and purpose of the new system
Although many of our customers have been using the chat system they have been using up until now, we have decided to transition to a new system with improved functionality and convenience in order to provide faster and more accurate support.
With these changes, we have improved the following points and are confident that we will be able to better respond to your inquiries.
- Shorter response times: Automated responses (AI) are faster and smoother, reducing waiting times.
- Enhanced FAQ functionality: To help customers resolve their queries themselves, we've made our FAQs (frequently asked questions) searchable and viewable from within chat.
- Faster problem resolution: By connecting your inquiry to the right person, you can resolve the issue faster.
- Improved usability: The interface has been made more intuitive, so even first-time users can use it without getting lost.
