We cannot guarantee it. Even if the male and female connectors are the same specifications, they may not be usable if the female connector is recessed. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds in any other circumstances.
◯ About products sold by the meter All our cut length sales are 1m x 1 piece per cart, and 5m x 1 piece per 5 carts. Please rest assured that you will not receive 5 carts containing 1m x 5 pieces.
◯ Depending on the length, the cable may not be printed. If there is no mistake in the product, it will not be possible to return or refund it.

◯ About the length of the finished cable The length of our finished products refers to the length the cable is cut out to. Please note that this is not the length of both ends of the plug.
Also, there may be errors in length even for the same product. If the cut length is shorter than the specified length, we will accept returns and refunds.
We cut the product to the specified length + 2~3cm and manage it to be less than 1cm as a standard.
Please understand that there may be some errors due to manual work.
◯ This is our finished banana cable.
The banana plugs and Y-lugs may come off due to shaking during delivery. Please note that since the plug is detachable, it does not mean that the device is defective if it comes off.
If you would like the product to be fixed with glue before shipping, please contact us separately and we will do so free of charge. If the earphones are detachable, we will continue to make efforts to ensure that they do not come off, but they may come off due to vibrations during shipping or listening tests. In such cases, refunds, cancellations, or compensation will not be available. Any subsequent maintenance such as tightening screws will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
Conditions for accepting returns If the product is unopened and unused, please return it within 7 days of receiving it. We only accept phone calls.
*Since finished products are made to order, they cannot be canceled or returned. Thank you for your understanding.
●We will accept returns for initial defects within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed, we will not be able to accept your request.
●About the cost of return shipping and handling fees In the case of initial defects, we will cover the cost. If the reason is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the costs. Even if the product is defective, you will be asked to return it at your own expense. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is defective, we will refund you the product price.
Refunds Once we receive the returned product, we will transfer the funds to your designated account within 3 business days. Regarding refund methods for credit card payments, please follow the instructions of your card company.
