We offer repair services for cables purchased from our company, for a fee.


Repair fees

  • Basic fee: 500 yen per location
  • If the plug is damaged or you wish to replace it, you will be charged the actual cost of the plug.

About the quote

  • Even if you are not sure where the problem is, we can provide you with an estimate if you send us the cable.

Additional checks during repairs

  • During the repair process, other defects may be identified.
    • Please note that in this case, you may be charged separately.

Repairs for products from other companies

  • We may be able to repair products that were not purchased from us, although this will be at a higher cost.

Please consult us before disposal.

  • Even if the sound no longer comes out, please contact us before giving up and disposing of it.


Past repair cases

1. Repairing broken cables

    • I had been using a cable purchased from our company for a long time, but began to experience problems with sound cutting out.
    • Solution: The broken part was cut and repaired by soldering.

2. Replace the plug

    • While using it, I accidentally hit the plug part and the phone plug got bent.
    • Solution: Replace the plug with a new one.

3. Changing the plug size

    • Currently using a 3.5mm stereo mini plug. Request to change to a 6.3mm standard size stereo phone plug.
    • Compatible with: Stereo phone plug.

4. Repairing broken headphones

    • The headphones I had been using for about 20 years suddenly broke and no sound came out.
    • Solution: We confirmed that the base of the plug was broken due to deterioration over time, and repaired it by replacing it with our own plug.


Points to check before requesting repairs

  1. Dirt on the plug contacts

    • Dirt on the plug contacts can cause poor electrical conductivity.
    • Female plugs are particularly difficult to clean because the contacts are deep inside, but sometimes the problem can be fixed by simply wiping the contacts with alcohol.

  2. Equipment failure

    • In some cases, it wasn't the cable that was broken, but the connecting equipment.
    • Please also check that the equipment is working properly.


  3. Changing equipment and PC settings
    • Sound may stop if you touch a switch or if the settings are reset to their defaults.
    • In the case of cables connected to stationary equipment, sudden disconnection is unlikely, so please check the settings of the equipment and PC.


Precautions for repairs

  1. Cable length

    • The cable will be shortened by approximately 20 to 30 mm after checking for broken parts and installing the plug.
    • If the break is in the center of the cable, we will contact you in advance.

  2. Regarding damage caused during repairs

    • The cable may be damaged during repairs.

  3. Effects of aging

    • In older cables, the conductors may become rusty due to aging.
    • Due to the effects of rust, it may be impossible to solder or the strength of the product after repair may not be guaranteed.

  4. Regarding repair availability

    • To date, there have been no cases of damage during repair or of the cable being unable to be repaired, however, we may refuse to accept valuable cables.

  2. Notification of repair availability and estimate

    • After confirming your inquiry, we will let you know whether repairs are possible and send you an estimate.

  3. Shipping of requested items

    • Please send the item you wish to repair to the address below, postage paid by you.

  4. Current situation check and formal quotation

    • Once we receive your item, we will check the current condition and inform you of the official repair cost.

  5. Payment for repairs

    • Please pay for the repair fee on our EC site.
    • You can also purchase the product at the same time as paying for the repair.

  6. Repair work

    • Once payment has been confirmed, repairs will begin (usually completed within 2-5 business days).

  7. Shipping of repaired items

    • Once the repairs are complete, we will test the product and then ship it back to you.
